Times Arts Tix Kiosk in Hortan Plaza

The Times Arts Tix Kiosk in Horton Plaza sells discount tickets to various performances around San Diego.  In the past the columns were a light blue and Citibank had an automatic tellor in the back.  The neon signs are good condition.  Though a significant number of the incandescent bulbs have burned out. Hustler Hollywood San Diego

The San Diego Hustler Hollywood is located in a plain white building in the Gaslamp Quarter.   It is brightly lit with neon signs.  Mr. Flint ha never been one to skimp on patriotism and from the corners of the marque fly an American flag and POW/MIA flag.   The information for San Diego's Hustler Hollywood is as follows:

The Big "B"

This the "B" from an old sign from the Balboa theater in San Diego. I don't know why but the current sign is incandescent. Daniel my good friend went to see Spring Awakening at the Balboa in San Diego. He gave rave reviews of both the theater which has been recently restored and the play . I have never seen the inside of the theater myself. But I was very pleased to see it restored.

The Internet Place Cafe-Horton Plaza

This is a small neon sign at the Horton Plaza Internet Place Cafe. They have free wireless internet there so you can surf the net on your Apple iPod touch 8 GB for free. They serve a variety of coffees and rent computer time. All the basic copy store services are available including copying, faxing, international calls, scanning and printing. These are pictures of East Village Tavern and Bowl at twilight. There phone number is (619) 239-3339. All bowlers must be 21+. The emphasis seems to be on the tavern but the bowling alley is modern with the wild lighting that seems the style of the time for such establishments. It is a bit on rough side of downtown so be aware as you return to you your car, especially if you have been drinking.
