The Times Arts Tix Kiosk in Horton Plaza sells discount tickets to various performances around San Diego. In the past the columns were a light blue and Citibank had an automatic tellor in the back. The neon signs are good condition. Though a significant number of the incandescent bulbs have burned out. The information for the Kiosk is as follows:
